In April 2006, the Company purchased the land in Turksib district of Almaty, and since 2007 design and construction of the production site facilities were begun in accordance with the requirements of the GMP international standard, drawing professionals from Ukraine.

The 200 million tablets per annum manufacturing site was commissioned in 2010. 

In 2014 the opinion of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Activity Control Committee of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan on compliance of the solid dosage forms manufacturing site to the state standard requirements in the field of medicine circulation (SS of RK 1617-2006 "Good Manufacturing Practice").

VIVA Pharm LLP is a fast-growth manufacturing company, supplying its production both to the retail chains and for the guaranteed extent of medical aid on the inpatient and outpatient levels.

As of today, the company employs 138 specialists in pharmaceutical industry, that work at the manufacturing site, accredited  physicochemical and microbiological laboratories, warehouses, bond storages, pharmacies, marketing and regulatory support departments of VIVA Pharm LLP. The mentioned structures also provide services to the third-party organizations.

Main Objectives of the Company's Manufacturing Site:

1. To represent an enterprise with high level of the production culture in order to improve the patients' quality of life;

2. To be one of the largest pharmaceutical productions among the Eurasian Economic Union countries;

3. To produce high quality, effective and safe drug preparations that could displace international analogues of production on the pharmaceutical market of Kazakhstan.

The company plans to expand manufacturing not only of the solid dosage drug production, but also of other high-technology medicinal products, wherefore works on the production capacities extension are actively performed.
