On the instructions of the Minister of Health Elzhan Birtanov, changes were made in the composition of the tender commission for the purchase of free of charge medicines for the population of the country for 2018.

To ensure maximum transparency and transparency of procedures and to exclude the position of the members of the tender commission, its chairman, now for the first time since the existence of a single distributor, the Vice Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alexey Tsoy, the chairman of the Pharmacy Committee Lyudmila Byubekova, the employees of the Pharmacy Committee, Ministry of Health.

 According to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1729 regulating the organization and carrying out of procurement procedures for medicines and medical products, the head of the "SK-Pharmaceuticals", acting as head of the single-distributor's tender commission, Chairman of the Board Asemgul Erzhanov is in charge. At the same time, by the order of November 8, the Chairman of the Committee of Pharmacy Lyudmila Byurabekova has been appointed as the deputy chairman of the tender committee.

Moreover, in order to ensure publicity and transparency of the tender, the composition of the tender procedure observers that will be present at all meetings of the tender commission of a single distributor has been expanded. Now, in addition to representatives of profile associations and medical management of the Department of Logistics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Arnur Nurtayev, first deputy director general of the National Center for Expertise of Medicines, Medical Devices and Medical Equipment, also joined the list of observers. The staff of the Public Health Protection Committee of the Ministry of Healthcare of Republic of Kazakhstan has also strengthened the composition of the tender expert committee.

Changes in the composition of the tender commission of a single distributor were approved by the order of November 8. All these measures are taken by the Ministry of Health in conjunction with SK-Pharmaceuticals to ensure maximum transparency, and publicity of tender procedures.

Recall, on November 3, the procedure for opening envelopes with applications from potential suppliers participating in the tender procedures for the purchase of medicines and medical products for free medicinal provision of the population of Kazakhstan in 2018 was held. Now, until November 20, the tender commission will examine the applications, and will comment on the documentation provided, after which the companies will be given the opportunity to correct them.
