During the departmental meeting with the participation of the President’s Administration of the RK, the Prime-Minister’s Office, the deputies of the akims of the regions, cities Astana and Almaty, the chiefs of the departments of the MHSD of the RK and media the results of the activities of the government bodies in 2015 and basic goals for 2016 were discussed. 

The exhibition was organized in the lobby before starting the meeting which demonstrated the main trends and the results of the development of the healthcare and social protection system of the RK.

This year the MHSD of the RK started the implementation of the new State program of healthcare development in the RK “Densaulyk” planned for 2016-2019 approved by the Decree of the President on January 15, 2016. It flows organically from the previous programs and is aimed to further deepening of the reforms in the healthcare field.

Moreover, the Minister Tamara Duysenova pointed out that the MHSD of the RK works hard to improve the policy of the medicines provision. In 2015 the National drug formulary was worked out which would include the entire list of the pharmaceutical products registered in Kazakhstan, information about their proved clinical effectiveness, about possible side effects and the price limit for each medicine. The next stage of the National medicine policy will be the transition to the standards GXP (the good pharmacy practice in the field of drugs circulation – manufacture, transportation, storage, distribution) in 2018.

The Chairman of the Executive Board of LLP “SK_Farmacia” Nurjan Alibayev also spoke at the meeting. In his speech the Chairman of the Executive Board reported on the results of 2015 and the future goals in 2016.

“Today we have 5 main outsourcing warehouses – in Almaty, Aktobe, Karaganda, Kostanay and Shymkent. From these warehouses the medicines are delivered to all other regions of the republic through the transit warehouses. During 2016-2019 it is planned to create such warehouses in all regions of Kazakhstan”, - the Chairman of the Executive Board Nurjan Alibayev reported.

In conclusion of his speech Nurjan Alibayev said that the work of the Common distributor in all fields will be continued in 2016 taking into consideration the goals set by the President and the Government of the RK.
