May 12, 2016 in Astana was signed a bilateral Memorandum on cooperation between the Chairman of the Board of LLP "SK-pharmacy" N. N. Alibaev and commercial Director of JSC “Pharmasyntez” (Russia) V. V. Gavrilenko.

The basis of this agreement includes the question of the establishment of bilateral relations through the exchange of information and experiences, participation in joint projects, conclusion of the agreements for the supply of medicines in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

JSC "Pharmasyntez" is planning to start the project creation of enterprise for production of medicines in collaboration with LLP NGO "Zerde" in Shymkent, the basis of the production which will be based on the principles of GMP and GLP.

The basic principles of the project are improvement of the system of drug provision for the population, the development of Kazakhstani pharmaceutical industry, improving of the competitiveness of medicinal products taking into account modern technical solutions.
