The construction of the Azerbaijan-Iran pharmaceutical factory will be finished in the 3rd quarter of 2018, the Minister of Economic Development of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev after the ceremony of factory`slaying in Azerbaijan said journalists on Monday. The drugs made at the factory will deliver to Kazakhstan, BNews.kz correspondent reports.
"More than 20 million dollars will be invested to the building of new factory. It will be equipped by the German and Italian equipment. The construction of the factory will take one and a half year, and already in the third quarter of the next year 84 types of drugs will be produced,” the minister told.
According to the Azerbaijan Minister, the drugs made at the factory will meet the highest standards and conformed to the GMP standard (Good Manufacturing Practice).
"A certain part of drugs is planned to be exported. According to the business plan, deliveries are planned to be supplied to Russia, Kazakhstan and Georgia,” he noted.
